To offer support within IR, communication and project coordination as well as strategic management advice for small or mid-sized life science or biotech companies, public or private, where limited resources make it vital to prioritize efficiency and experience.
Business model
Delfin Kommunikation applies a flexible and adaptable business model to meet the diverse needs of the customer. For public companies, IR-related activities are available whenever an insider situation occurs.
The services are available on an hourly basis ad hoc, a fixed number of hours per month, for a specific project or by other agreements.
Examples of customer cases
Communication Specialist & Program Coordinator for a small public biotech company listed on Spotlight Stock Market. The company is in early clinical phase with its lead candidate and has more drug candidates in early preclinical phase. Delfin Kommunikation works since 2016 with Investor Relations, writing and publishing press releases and other communication material according to the regulations for public companies as well as assisting with communication strategy and advice regarding handling insider information. Further, Delfin Kommunikation plans and performs events, coordinates activities and document management regarding the development projects.
Communication Specialist for a biotech company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The company is in clinical phase with a couple of different drug projects and Delfin Kommunikation assists since 2016 with Investor Relations, writing and publishing press releases and other IR material according to current regulations. Erika works primarily with communication and IR activities for small, public biotech companies as well as a project coordinator and Clinical Trial Assistant for early drug development projects but has also held a number of project management and communication roles within Region Skåne.
She holds a certificate from the training “Stock Exchange Regulation”. The training aims to give basic knowledge of stock market rules and the rules that have special meaning for companies listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq First North. The training provides the skills on the stock exchange rules required by the stock exchange for board members, and senior executives in listed companies.
Erika has long experience from administration, communication and project coordination within research and development from several pharma companies since 1991, such as Perstorp Pharma, Pharmacia and AstraZeneca. Erika has also held positions such as Communication Officer at Invest in Skåne, and Project Manager for a project within Business Region Skåne.
